Supa Ngwao Museum is Francistown's only museum.
It started in 1986 as a mobile museum and by 1992 it moved to its current location.
The main purpose of the museum is to preserve historical information of Francistown and its surrounding villages as well as the ancient inhabitants of the above mentioned regions.
This is achieved by collecting and storing historical items such as....

All the above are displayed at the museum for your viewing pleasure.

The museum also provides guided walking tours of the city of Francistown. The tour covers all the heritage sites in Francistown. It a good way to learn the about the history of Francistown as a booming mining town many decades ago.
